Citizens center is known to be the centre of attraction of Hangzhou. with the west lake to North and qingtang river to the south , this massive infrastructure pulls all the attention of Hangzhou. there is a chain of six buildings arranged in a circular pattern , which is said to be six people holding hand to stand in unity. around it there are two, a golden coloured spherical and an crecent shaped building representing the sun and the moon so as to show the most promising Yin Yang theory.

yin yang theory originated by chinese  phylosiphy concept about dualism.It is the most fundamental concept of chinese medicine also .

apart from its massive structures and beautiful views , at evenings this place holds up a magnificent display of their technology by glowing up the whole surroundings into moving and dancing creations accompanied by an water dance ( musical fountain show ) near the moon building. i have spent the whole evening enjoying the show and u too can experience the same completely free ... yes the whole thing is absolutely free and always open for the public
