Mahindra Bank, MD Uday Kotak and T-Series Bhushan Kumar Join Akshay Kumar to donate PM-CARES relief fund against Coronavirus

MD Uday of Kotak Mahindra Bank on Sunday pledged to contribute Rs 25 crore to PM-CARES emergency situation relief fund to fight the battle against the novel coronavirus(COVID-19). The bank will also donate Rs 25 crore to the emergency fund. 

Kotak Mahindra Bank said that "their bank and MD Uday Kotak personally, commit immediate support of Rs 50 crore to PM CARES fund (Rs 25 crore each),"  for the relief against Coronavirus.

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar  contributed 25 crore, Indian cricketer Suresh Raina donated 31 lakh and Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa has pledged 20 lakh to donate PM CARES relief fund against Coronavirus.

T-Series, Bhushan Kumar announced that the company has pledged 11 crore to the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM-CARES) Fund today, March 29. Kabir Singh producer Murad Khetani, he also stepped forward to pledge 25 lakh to the PM-CARES Fund and another 25 lakh to the Maharashtra Relief Fund against coronavirus.
