I LITERALLY LOVE TO EAT DIFFENT KIND OF FOOD BUT DUE TO PANDEMIC ITS NOT SAFE TO EAT OUTSIDE . SO RATHER THAN TO GO OUTSIDE MAKE DISHES BY OUR OWN IS THE BEST OPTION AND ITS MORE HYGENIC, SAFE AND HEALTY .

 Momo's reciepe

 

For dough:
1½ cup maida
½ tsp salt
water
oil

for stuffing:
3 tsp oil
3 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
2 chilli (finely chopped)
4 tbsp spring onion
1 cup carrot (grated)
2 cup cabbage (shredded)
½ tsp pepper (crushed)
l½ tsp salt/ according to taste
First make dough :
first in a large mixing bowl take 1½ cup maida and add ½ tsp salt.
add water and mix it for 5 minutes till the dough become soft
grease the dough with oil and cover it
keep it for 30 minutes
[Start making stuffing]
first prepare stuffing by heating 3 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 chilli.
add 2 tbsp spring onion and saute on high flame.
add 1 cup carrot and 2 cup cabbage. stir fry on high flame.then add ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.
2 tbsp spring onion and stuffing mixture is ready.
Wait it fir cool down.
Then start doing filling, pinch a small ball sized momos dough and flatten.dust with some maida and start to roll and roll to almost medium thin circle. make sure you roll from sides and keep the centre slightly thick.its really important for proper cook for Momo's
now place a tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre.
start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
press in middle and seal the momos
heat a steamer and put Momo's in the streamer
steam momos for 10-12 minutes
finally, veg momos recipe is ready to eat serve it with chutney and enjoy.
